An AI shopping assistant for your online store

Shoppers ask about a spec, a price, or availability. The assistant answers from your catalog and links to the product.

Questions shoppers really ask

Shoppers rarely search by category. They type what they want: "Do you have JBL headphones?", "Which laptop has an RTX graphics card?", "How much is the cordless vacuum?"

When the catalog includes specifications, a question like the RTX one returns the matching models with processor, memory, storage, price, and stock status. Each answer links to the product page, so the shopper is one click from buying.

Built from your catalog

  • What it readsProduct name, price, category, availability, description, SKU, and product link.
  • Where the data comes fromA product feed, or your public product pages, which usually carry the same details in structured form.
  • How it stays currentYour catalog can be re-synced whenever prices or stock change.
  • What it will not doCheckout stays on your store. The assistant answers and links, and does not take payments.

Limits worth knowing

The assistant is only as good as the catalog behind it. Products with thin descriptions produce thin answers, and stock status reflects the last sync.

We review the catalog before launch, test the assistant with the questions your customers ask, and point out where richer product descriptions would improve the answers.

The assistant on our home page runs on a sample electronics catalog. Ask it for a product, a price, or something it should not know, and watch how it answers.

Common questions

Does it work with Shopify, WooCommerce, or a custom store?

It reads your product data and appears on your storefront through a script, so it does not depend on one platform. Platform-specific setup is part of the project.

Does it handle out-of-stock products?

Yes. Availability is part of the catalog data, so the answer states whether an item is in stock.

Can it recommend products?

Yes, from your catalog, based on what the shopper asks for: a use, a spec, or a price range.

What if the shopper asks about something outside the catalog?

It says it could not find accurate information and points to your customer service.

Does it support Hebrew product names?

Yes. Mixed Hebrew and English names are common in Israeli catalogs, and the assistant is tested against that.
